This is to bring to your notice that we bought a lg 65 inch ultra hd led tv model no 65la9700atr on 15th oct 2014 via invoice no arsindelajc14/13526. Further we signed an amc for the same on 15th oct 2015 for two years valid till 14th oct 2018. An amount of 15200 was paid for the same via cheque.
Currently the tv has got some defect where a large black patch is appearing on the display. A complaint was launched on 13th sep with lg customer care via complaint no rnp[protected] but the same stands pending.
Resolution awaited…
