We bought top loading washing machine on 4th april 2017 and after a month this machine is not washing clothes at all. It is putting mud back in clothes. We lodged complaint and your service man cleaned up the lint filter and then the agitator but still it is pasting mud in clothes. None of the service center people seem to be knowledgeable and to help and yesterday they closed our service call without giving us the solution.
When we called up they are asking rs.2000 to clean up the drum and when we asked as to why within the first 4 months the drum is required to be cleaned they don't have an answer.
Request you to take back this machine and provide us with a front load as we have realized that this machine is either faulty or not capable of washing clothes.
Most importantly it is not capable of washing clothes and your earliest intervention will be really appreciated.
Please also instruct your service centre people to give out honest answers and not try to lie unnecessarily. We used to think that lg is known for its service but so far the response from your service centre personnel has left us shocked.
