[Resolved]  LG Electronics — lg led 4k tv picture display failed in just 2.3 years

I bought lg led 4k tv on 31st july 2016 with 2 year extended warranty. It cost me rs. 67500.

On 3rd nov 2018 late night, i realized some issue in tv. Attached video for same. Immediately on next day, called lg customer care and lodged a complaint. On the same day an engineer came. His name is ibraheem ansari. Attached his company id also.
He inspected my tv for sometime. Then he consulted his sr/colleague. Then he told me that picture display is damaged of your tv. It will cost rs. 18550+250 visiting charge. Also he confirmed us that after change of picture display your tv will be as good as new one.
We trusted him and handed over my tv for repairing.
We trusted him as genuine lg representative and hoped that my will be looked by expert professionals/engineer.
But there we were proved wrong later when we received our tv on 6th nov.

We didn't accept that and asked him to please repair it properly once again.
Picture quality was not proper. It was clearly evident that they have repaired it with local vendor.

On next day 7th nov., he again came back with same quality of picture display. We told him we will not accept this.

Now he was telling if you want original picture quality you have to pay rs. 40000.

We were scared. Since tv was in his custody we agreed to pay rs.15550 discount of 3k after his some senior involvement. Not sure who was he.

We took the tv and asked for the bill. There was another shocker waiting. When we saw the bill it was of "home appliance service". Nowhere it was mentioned that lg service centre or lg name.
We agree to pay half of the bill amount & rest half once he has stamp with lg along with 1 year warranty.

Rest story i have tried captured in video. Rather it is real story under the big name of lg.

I sincerely request you to please help us. Please contact me for more details.

My story is well substantiated with proper evidences.

I have another video which will reveal the true dirty picture of this service industry. Its from the mouth of lg sr. Engineer. File size is big so not able to upload.
