This is to inform you that i had purchased a brand new lg led tv model 49uh850t on 13th august 2017 from lg best shoppe jeevan jee refrigeration in kalkaji new delhi. On 30 august the t. V stopped working and a complaint was lodged under complaint number rnp[protected]. The technician who visited me on 1st september informed me that the led tv was defective and will be replaced. Inspite of repeated calls to lg customer care team, till date i have not received any replacement from lg as promised by mr. Naresh kumar of lg and moreover i have been insulted and humiliated by mr. Naresh kumar with sarcastic remarks during telephone conversation on 12 september which is unacceptable. His mobile number is [protected].
