[Resolved] LG Electronics — lg microwave service | |||
A complaint was registered on 13 th oct 2019 for our lg microwave after repeated reminder for two two weeks the technician came and was not able to understand the problem he wanted to take it to the service centre. After repeated escalation microwave was picked to service centre on nov 21. After few days they info’s motherboard is gone and will cost ₹5000/- we asked to return the microwave without repair. I am facing issue of Display white patch...procured LG TV through Chroma around 1.5 years back. Feel like cheated..LG is not brand you should go for high value Product..Their approach is call center resolution.. Frustrating
