[Resolved] LG Electronics — lg nano cell tv remote

I bought a new nano cell 65 inch tv (65sm8100pta) last year. It was working fine. Since its a smart tv i was using my mobile to control it instead o[censored]sing remote. 3/4 months ago i just took the remote again and started using it. But it has some technical issue, showing the battery is drained in an hour. I tried different battery to make sure that it’s not my mistake. I am still under warranty, and the remote doesn’t have any physical damage. But the company saying remote doesn’t have warranty, which feels bad for me since i didn’t used it much. But seriously i didn’t even used it for 6 month. How can i trust the brand with this technical issue. When i called the call center, they are simply saying they can’t help me.in website they say the warrant for parts is for 1 year.
