I had purchased my phone in nov 2015, now it does not fall under any warranty neither extended one.
All of a sudden on 25th June 2017, it restarted on its own, since then I am not able to use my phone.
I am very careful user when it comes to handling phones. My last sony xperia phone is still working which is more than 5 year old and my Nexus 5X is dead because of some hardware issue which is not even 2 years old.
I would like to hear from LG whether they can do anything about it. Since this is not a usage related fault it's manufacturing fault as can be seen from many other complaints.
I would surely like to get refund or replacement device.
