I m Anand Kumar residing at Faridabad.
I had called LG customer care on 09/6/2014 and complain about my LG Plasma TV which was not working.
I got complain no.RNA[protected].
LG technician came on 13/06/14 & change part then but TV was
not working then he told some other parts also to be changed but at
present we don't have it will take 3-4days. 8-9 days spent after my complain but still my LG Plasma TV
is not working. I contacted Manoj Chauhan (cell no.-[protected]) & Jitendra (cell no.-[protected])
many a times but every time they was making some excuses.
Shame on your service.
