I am looking for your kind support for the parts for my refrigerator which i am not getting support in india (Ahmedabad)

I am working with your customer care team for last few days but really surprize that how customer care team support to the customer.

I have purchased this refrigerator from thailand on 22nd nov’2015 having model no. Lg gn-d7028sal

I have communicated to mr. Javed in ahmedabad (Mobile bo.:[protected]) and also ms neha (Contact no.[protected]) but didn’t get any positive support to make the freeze workable or satisfy the customer

I am really looking a quick support for your team and organize the part to run my refrigerator, otherwise i will lose my faith to your product and services.
