LG Electronics — Lg refrigerator complaints 3 times in 8 months of purchase | |||||
It has been only around 8 months that i purchase the lg refrigerator model number (gl-d302jgfl-2015). it has been stop cooling three times till now. after complaining at the service center it get repair and again stop cooling. it has been a seriously a disastrous situation by purchasing lg fridge. within 8 months of purchase it has been repaired 3 times. i made a complaint again today. It is very disappointing being lg customer if their engineers and team cannot rectify a error despite several attempts. i would never recommend anybody to buy lg products being a dissatisfied customer. as staunch support of lg product, it is my concern. if they will not take any action, ll go consumer forum.
