LG Electronics — Lg refrigerator - fraudulent business model | |||||
I had bought LG refrigerator in Oct 16 which is under warrenty currently. Since last one month I have noticed leakage problem. I had raised multiple complaints, yesterday I got call from service center for replacement of my product. Now LG is asking for more money to replace my fridge with the same capacity which I had bought as the same model is not available with them. Its a fraudulent business practice by LG. Why will customer pay extra because of defective LG product. Can any responsible LG representative look into this Was this information helpful? | |||||
