The above Refrigerator has not been working for the last 1 month. Complaint was made on 7/11/21 and despite the fact that the fridge is under AMC, the company's response and service has been deplorable.
The technicians have visited and inspected about 4 times in the last 1 month but they seem to be not diagnosing the issue deliberately.
The company has put us thru great hardship by not finding the cause of failure of the fridge and by not setting it right for such a long time.
It is highly unfair on the part of the company to not honour the AMC and cause so much inconvenience to the customer.
We are definitely taking legal recourse if the company does not compensate our loss by buying back the refrigerator and repaying the amc amt paid.
We are frustrated with this fridge and solicit immediate action to repair or buy back from us.
