Dear Sir,
I have called the LG Support center to inform that my refrigerator is not working on 20 March 2022.
The same day one technician came in evening, cleaned the compressor from outside, and told to switch on after 2 hours. He said that of it is still not working, then gas or compressor issue is there and he will come and repair on 21st March 2022.
We started the refrigerator after 2 hours and it was still not working. Then my wife called the technician but he never picked the telephone. Then we complained on LG Support and they gave Mr. Raju Kothapally number [protected] for follow-up. We called many times on his number but he never responds. Then we send WhatsApp messages on his number and he said he would check and inform after numerous messages.
Today he said that compressor needs replacement for which order have been placed and it will take 2 days.
In view of the above, I would like to inform that our family in Hyderabad is facing lot of problems because of this delay. We cannot store essential food, medicines, and other stuff. Moreover, currently I am located abroad and there are no male members who can bring the essentials on a regular basis for which reason we brought this big size refrigerator.
I request you to kindly expedite the repair work and make us comfortable from this stressful time.
