Your jaipur (Rajasthan, india) service center are not supporting and service for my lg ro, this product is in warranty period. After march 2019, your service engineer is not visiting my home for lg ro repair and service. Many time complaints in customer care but they are closed automatic my complaint without confirmation. So please help me.

मेरा नाम विकास कुमार शर्मा है मैंने 04/11/2018 को LG WW-140NP Water Purifier product खरीदा था जिसका मूल्य 15, 600/- रु. था यह मैंने Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd. से खरीदा था जो अभी कंपनी के अनुसार वारंटी अवधि में है, इस प्रोडक्ट कि मैंने आपको कई बार टोल फ्री नंबर पर Tds and Minerals से सम्बंधित शिकायत दर्ज करा चूका हूँ लेकिन आपकी कंपनी के द्वारा ना तो कोई इंजिनियर आया अब तक ना कोई मुझे संतोषजनक जवाब प्राप्त हुआ, मेरा पहला शिकायत नंबर RNP[protected]March 2019 कि है, दूसरा शिकायत नंबर RNP[protected]March 2019 कि है, तीसरा शिकायत नंबर RNP[protected] 8May 2019 कि है, आपकी कंपनी के एक भी कर्मचारी द्वारा इस प्रोडक्ट को एक बार भी चेक नहीं किया गया है आज दिनांक 11/07/2019 तक ! ना ही मेरे को टेलीफोन के द्वारा कोई संतोषजनक जवाब प्राप्त हुआ
