I bought a lg l90 dual on 11th of this month (11/06/2014) and it has been giving me problems. I went to the service center in secunderabad and that guy tells me "why did you buy an lg phone".
I went to the head service center at panjagutta and told them they are not willing to give me a doa letter. I have 6 videos to prove that my touch is not working and there are dead pixels on my screen, the service people are not listening to me and saying give the phone for service. It is lg's policy to change the phone within 7 days of purchase. I have videos i showed them to the manager but again they dont listen.
If this is the service of your lg service center then i regret buying a lg phone and will pass on this message to my friends also.
Also if i dont get a proper response i will start posting the videos online
