[Resolved]  LG Electronics — LG Smart 3D: Send a faulty piece

I bought a LG 3D Smart TV on Model No: LA6910 I bought this product from sharptronics, Velacherry, Chennai I am waiting for almost 5 months from the date of purchase. I got an replacement but its an low end model and again agreed to give the same model i bought. But i got a call from the customer care stating that they goin to provide LB6500. The feature is not same as my original model. Only the model LB6700 satisfies mine original model i bought. i am not received any proper communication from them. Till now i made more than 200 calls to the customer care peoples. but they are not yet responding or considering my query. Please take necessary action against them. I attached the bill copy of my product along with this.
