Dear Consumer Support, I am very distress to say that I have purchased LG Split AC on dated 27th of Aug 2012 of which I am very disappointed. I have made a complaint of my split air conditioner on 2nd of May 2015 ref no, (RNA[protected] and it was told that it's a problem of compressor. Again complaint was made on 8th (RNA[protected]Technician Supervisor Rakesh ([protected]) told its problem of compressor, several people from LG (Tech) visited to my office and replaced the compressor thrice problem still remain no body having any solution, till today we are suffering that’s why I m sending this msg to you and this is my last try as I have just lost all my patience with LG. I shall be please if you take immediate attention on this matter. Thanks/Pawan [protected]
