I am Sairam from Hyderabad. We bought this LG tv in 2018 April 26th with an extra year of extended warranty. On April 24th we found that top 30% of the tv screen went black like a shadow. I contacted LG customer care the next day on 25th April (screen shot attached). Due to lockdown the person who answered just mentioned that someone from LG service will contact us. Next day got a call, i sent the person the bills and the issue photographs. He says it is out of warranty because our warranty expired on 25th april. I mentioned we called on 25th and didn't receive any acknowledgement number.
Since then I was roaming around LG, Bajaj electronics & Bajaj finance till today. Everyone blames eachother to take responsibility. Even today I have the same problem with my television.
