I haven't got my LG Tone HBS FN4 satisfactorily repaired under warranty.
After Multiple attempts to repair/replace faulty parts, finally I was told nothing can be done from their end and they returned the faulty headphones back to me.
I requested for new headphones to be given under replacement, but that request was also denied saying that LG Tone HBS FN4 is no longer under production.
That is certainly unacceptable if there is no replacement and you should provide a higher model. But kindly resolve the complaint rather than apologising for putting utmost effort yet failing to deliver on promise of warranty. Was this information helpful? |
