Hi,
I bought a LG 26 inch LCD TV on 2010, in the month of December.Last month, suddenly The TV was not getting powered on.Sometime it was getting powered on and after switching off the TV, again when I tried to powered on the TV it was not getting started. So I logged a complaint with LG customer care-complain no:RNA[protected].The next day, technician from LG came, checked the internal parts and told that you need to replace the PCB.The technician took the service charge of Rs 560 and next day, he bought a new PCB along with him, replaced the old PCB with the new one.But still the TV did not powered off. So this time he told that the PCB is fine but you need to replace Panel/Picture tube and it would cost around 8000 bucks.I then called a local TV technician and he replaced some power resistance capacitors and the TV started working (powered on). Since then my TV has been working fine. The incident took place on 25th February. Was this information helpful? |
