Hi frnds, please think 100 times before you purchase lg product. I purchased tv costing 51k in june 2017. Its not even 2 years, in november 2018 i got to know tv display is damaged. So immediately i raised complaint to lg customer care. The very next day they sent service executive named rajendran to check in which i paid him by my pocket. He confirmed me that panel is damaged & also told that he will replace that next day. When we called him on the same he told there is no stock in bangalore, so it should come from delhi & he made us to wait for 3 days. Post 3 days again he told no stock in delhi, it should come from korea which made us to wait for 15 days.
After that i got a message saying that complaint incident is closed without any intimation to or no feedbacks are taken from my end.
Again i called on jan 27th 2019 to reopen the ticket after escalation.
Next day got call from service supervisor named nagesh, this fellow dont know how to talk to customers. He promised me that he will change the panel on or before feb 10th 2019. When i called him to ask, he is shouting at me to wait. I dont know more how many days i should wait. Really very very bad service. Very disappointing. No customer service.
