We bought the said machine last year in September 2013 through invoice no 3271 from M/S HariOm Electronics, Khalapur Distt Raigad. Since right beginning, washed cloths has many dirty spots. So many times, we did complaint and comany' s representative attended but not able to resolve the said issue. Last week, again somebody from the company came, he apprised us that the dirty spot issue can not be resolved and assured us that company will give refund of the total amount paid by us for purchasing the said machine and collected from us ID and address proof, the refund is yet to be received. The last complaint No is RNA[protected].
