I am kavitha gunasekaran from chennai, we always buy LG product only but after seeing your customer service and product, we are very much frustrated, when LG launch water purifier, I think we are the first customer, the dealer of your company person took a photo of my husband saying that we are the first person to buy this product, so pls do something to hold your customer like us.
