LG Electronics — malfunctioning washing machine | |||
T9077nedlk purchased on 8th june 2018 malfunctioning for over a month and half and no resolution till date. We purchased a lg washing machine on 8th june and about ten days later it has started malfunctioning. I contacted lg helpline and the engineer visits did not resolve the issue. On 9th july an engineer visited and said the mother board has to be replaced and then did not turn up thereafter and we got a message that the matter has been resolved. I have made multiple complaints, spoken to the area manager mr rajesh kadam at mumbai and since he is on sick leave he referred the matter to the team leader mr prashant. An engineer triveni was sent and after 3 times he has reported all is well. I have to wait for 3-4 hours of repeated starting the machine to randomly finish a wash cycle over a 3-4 hour period. As of today 4th august there has been no responsible initiative from lg india towards this issue, lg has to replace the machine or refund the money please replace or refund the money Was this information helpful? | |||
