[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Manufacturing defect of the Frost free Refrigerator

I have purchased LG Frost free Refgtr. in Jan.16.The product is not functioning properly since there is a manufacturing defect which has been confirmed by the mechanics attendant several times for its rectification. Made several complain (10 no.) (1st one RNA[protected]/4/16 & last one RNA[protected] - 22/7/16). Send mail(GCA[protected] &[protected]/7 & 4/8/2016) where in i had requested for replacement of the product. Also talked to Mr. Debnath & Ms. Jayashree for redressal of my Grievance. All of my efforts have gone in vain. May kindly refer my grievance in details in my mail. Kindly look into the matter for its immediate redressal.
