The device trance is broken and the device still under grantee we contact the customer support and they told us its defect from manufacturing and we should refund after 35 days and till now they refuse to refund us. This complain from[protected] complain no.[protected]
Customer service in egypt is horrible and thieves - we will never use lg again ; (
