Had issue with micro wave oven generating noise, raised the complaint, charged visitation charges - rs. 350 and informed that magneto has to be replaced. Replaced the magneto and charged rs. 1450, further to replacement of the magneto, there was no change in the noise being generated. Have been raising numerous complaints, no proper response. The warranty for the magneto is 3 months and it is obvious that they are not taking it seriously and pushing to complete 3 month warranty period and once again for replacement of magneto. This is fraudulent method adopted by lg and customer service team who receives the call logs in the complaint and provides complaint number and further we go back with the same number reference, they inform that this number refers to some other complaint. As there is automatic ON-OFF (for power consumption) to equipment - but there is small blasting sound during OFF time.
Request you to please send your service person to fix this problem on urgent basis.
