Dear Concern,
i am the resident of Amritsar and i lodged a complaint for my window AC repair. The complaint number is RNA[protected] but despite of logging the complaint from last 5 days, nobody turned back with any solutions. Technican has taken my AC PCB and they are giving me fake assurance from last 5 days. Even they had closed my complaint without repair and i came to know about that after i got a message from LG about the completion whereas in actual nobody attended the problem so. I again called at your customer care and re-lodged the same complaint but there is no response so far.
my concern is that if LG would take more than 5 days to replace / repair a simple display PCB then i should be informed in advance rather than giving lame and fake excuses.
