DATE : 25/06/2019 ( THIS IS 7th TIME ) CLIENT NUMBER : Royal Mobiles, ( [protected] ) Description : My LG AC is not working, I intimated to local customer care, but company has not solved the issue and they are just trying to delay. and no Care about customer . am really disappointed with customer service and way of response gives me bad image no LG products, your company staffs behaviour and words were very worst . Because of this whole LG brand will be in de- growth in sales . even, you may regular customer like us. please take immediatly. No respect from customer care, your staff & authority. They make me to take this decision. if it continues, I have all record details, i'll make a complaint in consumer court. so kindly resolve my issue Resolution : Please take back the AC and refund my cash.
