[Resolved] LG Electronics — need urgent action

Dear sir,

We have taken lg fully automatic machine and there is some problem happen with my machine... After registered the complaint your technical engineer was came for repairing the machine after spending half n hour with the machine, he has given the total estimate for repairing cost is 3000/ -. And he said our company's representative was come and collect the machine on company behalf after the repairing you will pay the total amount of 3000 and they will return the machine...

Now today your company's representative was came for collecting the machine after taken the machine...in the afternoon he was call me and ask me my total coat os 8800/- of estimate
I was surprise when i was listening the cost of estimate... If your representative has given me cost of estimate 3000 then why your person was saying the figure of 8800...
If this kind of experience/attitude happen with me... Then lg is not trusted brand... For making people life is good...
