LG Electronics — New refrigerator problem

We have purchased a fridge from devi international in jayanagar bangalore
Model :- gl-t322rsoy
It's almost 5 time i have registered a complaint against the fridge problem what i'm facing is in fridge sec vegetables r getting spoiled
First time the tech came to my palace a said to use newspaper to prevent the vegetable
No use of it
Second time another guy came he said to use a tissue paper that also no use
Third guy told to use cotton cloths
This all nonsense reason and service is very pathetic technician take 4 days to visit
Plz do some need full as we have lost the faith in lg company
