I own an lg nexus 5×. Due to the boot loop hardware issue, which had happend on 26th of june 2017, i had given my phone to the authorised service central for repair. They had promised to solve my issue within 10 to 15 days of time. I had called after 15 days and they asked me to wait for another 10 days. But even after two months from the promised date, i had not received my phone and no improvement. They saying phone parts are not available and waiting. This upsets me. After paying around 260000 no one expect this from international brand, this is important and i need the solution to it at the earliest or i would be forced to file a complaint in the consumer court. And not only bootloop issue but the phone has issues about camera like camera freezing. My phone is in warranty. I hope lg will not put me in the situation where i nee to complaint in consumer court.
