Service # RNA[protected]. Raman Service engineer attended this. he came to my place, didn't check much. he told me that as i have AMC, whole unit has to picked for service, he gave me a contact # to follow. No one called me or followed up. when i called back raman and asking for status. he was rude and replied that call is transferred, i have follow up with the contact provided.No one called me or picked up the unit. today, i got to know, the call is been cancelled. Again another service request is been raised - RNA[protected]. again it has gone to raman. when i called him today, he put me on conference with someone and told me that pick up will be done tomorrow. also, he is unaware that my previous service request is cancelled. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE, NO FOLLOWUP OR NO OWNERSHIP. I AM WAITING FOR PAST 20 DAYS, NOT GETTING PROPER RESPONSE.I had been satisfied so far with all my LG product ( AC & 2 Washing machines ) BUT THIS SERVICE CALL MADE ME VERY UPSET WITH LG.
