I am very disappointed with LG. I considered it one of the most satisfying company but no more.
-WHAT HAPPENED:-
I have a LG smart tv. It got bad recently, there was no brightness on my tv screen, all was black and just the voice was coming.
-I MADE A REPAIR CALL:-
then i called to repair, their repair person actually came, and told that the L.E.D ARRAY is damaged and should be ordered new .
-MAIN THING :-
he ordered the new L.E.D array set for my tv from their LG store on 24th April 2018. He told it will be there within 4-5 days.
BUT they never came to repair with the L.E.D array. I have called and reminded them so many times. But now they are saying it will take 2-3 days more. so whats the date now...its 7TH MAY 2018.
From 24th APRIL 2018 to 7th MAY 2018 ...its around 15 days and yet they say it will take 2-3 days more.
WHAT IS THIS ...ARE WE SOME KIND OF JOKE OR WHAT.
MY TV IS IN BAD CONDITION SINCE 15 DAYS AND EVERY TIME LG PEOPLE SAY IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS FOR REPAIR.
And I cannot even get it repair it from other electronics as they dont have my tv model L.E.D array.
I am waiting since 15 days, i have been tolerating this thing since so many days .What the hell you think we customers are ..we are no joke LG ..we are customers ...and from now I AM NOT GOING TO BUY ANY LG PRODUCT..
