Since last 7 days, we are constantly facing problem of storing our food in other's fridge as ours is not working at all. We made a complaint a lot of time but no strict action is taken till now by the relevant authorities. Only a call came to me to confirm that the technician has visited you or not, however, in actual, no one came to our house to check the refrigerator. I've made complaints several times, and today when i called the lg customer care no., the executive gave me the no. Of a lady named Anju (phone no. [protected]) and said that i should speak to her regarding the matter. I've called her more than 5 times but she is not picking my call. All the engaged personnel are not working on our problem and we are highly disappointed with this kind of service of LG. Our food is getting spoiled each day from last week and we are constantly being told that soon someone will come someone will do this someone will do that, but that someone is still missing and no one is helping us for this.
