LG Electronics — Non Delivery of Refrigerator booked through CSD

Dear Sir, 1. I have booked a Fridge Model D322 FF4 through CSD depot, Meerut Cantt on 15 May 2015. The payment of Rs 25099/- has been made to LG Elect through CSD, Mumbai. The order No is LS[protected] dated 15 May 2015. The due date of delivery as per order is before 22 May 15. However till date the delivery has not been made even after lapse of 15 days. 2. I have contacted to M/s Geetanjali Electronics through whom the delivery is to be done. They have no answer and info that it would take another 10 days more. Further, your customer care has also no answer and refused to take my complaint further. 3. May I request you to kindly deliver the fridge at the earliest or cancel my order and refund at the earliest. Regards Biswal
