LG Electronics — Non functioning of AC

I, prescilla dsouza had purchased lg ac (Product model no. Lsn3cr2a; serial no. 108pasl002386) from s. L. Electronics kalina in october 2011. As the cooling was not effective since october 2016 i placed service call no. Rnp[protected] on
[protected].

Bhushan electronics (Lg service centre) picked up the ac and informed me that part no. Acg53967408
Is not available and hence ac cannot be repaired.
.
I informed s. L. Electronics kalina and they informed that they will take up the matter with lg since lg company is dutybound to service the customer complaints.
.
But now i have been informed by them that they will not replace the ac nor consider my request for discount in purchase of new ac.
.
The weather is getting hot and hot everyday. Please help me to get the issue resolved as it is the 6th month i have been pleading with the company for solution.

Updated by prescilla d' souza I, Prescilla D Souza have to inform you that till date LG company has not called me nor serviced my AC. Please take up with the company for early resolution.

Updated by prescilla d' souza It is almost two months that I have put this complaint. Please let me know if I will get justice from LG Electronics or not. The company has not called me nor serviced my AC for the last 8 months. The company has also not returned my unit. I am pleading with the company for solution. Please help me.
