[Resolved] LG Electronics — non functioning of newly purchased lg tv | |||
Soon after purchasing lg tv oled55c7t on 1st august 2017, tv developed a fault. According to technicians of the company there is a fault with mother board and display screen also. Warranty is given for one year. On lodging complaint with dealer/company for replacement of tv, company is not willing to replace the tv. Company offered repairs. Since the fault has occurred too soon after purchase and within warranty period, i insist for replacement of the product by fresh piece.in this regard i have written mails to company and head office in delhi also. The company is just not ready to favor us by any means.. Product being very costly, we feel pained and cheated. We look forward for replacement of the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
