Hi,
I got the service of my split a/c done on 30th march 2016. The service engineer (Phone number: +[protected] name: sultan) asked me for rs 1800/- if i require no bill and rs 2300/- if i require a bill. I paid him rs 2300/- and he agreed to send me the bill in a few days time either by e-mail or by post. I have not received the bill so far. Complaints to lg electronics gave a standard reply that it being looked in to. I would request lg electronics to send me a bill and take necessary action on the service engineer
