THIS IS THE REFERENCE UNDE WHICH i HAVE MADE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS TO LG CEO email (AS could trace on google search) The complaint in detail is given below:-
I complained about non cooling by my Fridge which i had bought by spending huge amount of nearly one lakh. The complaint was lodged some time in April or May about less cooling and the service engineer repaired the same but the cooling was still less so again in June end complained about the same and got RPN[protected] and paid Rs 995.80. problem stii persisted. again complained and got another RPN[protected], still issue not resolved rather got worst. Reported same and got another RPN[protected] on 11 July 22. he told compressor required to be replaced. since than nothing done. Complained to senior got escalation no. VCP[protected] on 20.7.2022 after repeated calls. Cannot figure out why it is taking more than 45days to simply change a compressor. Then I was told it is not in India and is to be imported, so will take time till 28 July 2022. Sir you can understand a working women with children these days cannot wait so long for a fridge to function especially in such bad weather. without fridge it is so hard it is to live as i am throwing fruits and vegetables for almost a month. Who will bear these expenses as everything is so expensive these days. Financial burden falling on me just because LG is not repairing my expensive Fridge. Thereafter when the response was nil and also the Area Service Manager Mr. Krishan Pal, mobile number [protected] stopped picking . Then got my complaint escalated and wrote to CEO got reference as mentioned on top /beginning of this complaint but nothing positive came except assurance and the number of same area manager who is disconnecting phone too. Sir it is my humble request to kindly look into the matter and get the issue resolved today only if possible. As it is really becoming difficult each day. I have kept patience because i believed in LG service . But now i am feeling harassed because i just cannot believe that such a big Company known for excellence worldwide and for its reputation cannot have a compressor to replace in India. They said they will get the part on 28.7.2022 but till date no phone or update received from them. The LG company should be banned to sell products of which they cannot keep spare parts and give solution immediately. It's almost two months of pain and patience. Now the refrigerator should be replaced bcz if it will bnot work after repair too i cannot go through this trauma agin.Sir please resolve my issue and take me out of this pain and agony. i will be obliged.Regards.
