LG Electronics — Not proper installation of the air conditioner by the service provider

We took the LG air conditioner from deep kamal electronics, , ahmedabad . Ph no [protected] and [protected] dated 2nd June 2014. Invoice no 546 and suppliers reference no 9352. The service engineer came and installed it on 6th June. After that the drain pipe is leaked and the water is coming out from AC .. We are making a regular phone call to the service proper but not getting the proper reply. Still we waiting for the complaint to get resolved. Also we made the customer complain at call centre with the ref no. [protected]. Also no action has been taken till date. Pl look into the same at the earliest.
