LG Electronics — Order not delivered(LG G8x)

I ordered LG G8x on 11 lth November 2020, it's already been 8 days but not delivery date. Plus i am not even told when it will be delivered.
Tried mailing support mail of LG but of no avail.
I want toknow the delivery date for the fone ordered.
