[Resolved] LG Electronics — Original Picture behind the promises

My elder brother purchased a TV of LG brand Model No. 22L53300ATR & Serial No. 301PLMPO75515 on 28.02.2013.
But for some reason, the LCD Panel was broken. It's already out of the Warranty Period so I was ready to pay whatever it requires. But after contacting Customer Care, LG register a Complaint No. RNA[protected] dated 2nd April 2014. After few days, they just closed it saying "Because discontinuation the part." Unable to repair it, I've no other options other than buying a new TV. I think Company also have few responsibilities. If they discontinue producing a part of our exiting TV then we are not responsible for it. Why don't they compensate for this??
I claimed for a compensation on 22.08.2014 by Emailing to their Official Email ID. But they didn't reply me anything.
They can pick the TV up from my house but I want a monetary compensation for this.
I'm attaching the Valid Proof against aforesaid complaint.
