LG Electronics — pathetic air conditioner | |||
I have registersed complaint 3 times in just a week (RNA[protected], RNA[protected] and RNA[protected] for faulty ac that I purchased just 2 months back. Every time call is forwarded to aircon engineering. Attached is the picture of room temperature LG ac is able to cool up to as per technician. I have received a lame reason stating that my balcony is partially covered with glass because of which compressor is not able to cool down and it is not working. I have been using ac is same set up for past 16 years. This is first time I have bought LG ac and it has been a great disappointment. Even pathetic is LG support. I was given number of cco Ruchi Yadav who supposedly is a senior person. I tried reaching her at her number [protected] multiple times. Her number was not at all reachable. Pathetic experience with LG and we are suffering in this hot and humid weather. Was this information helpful? | |||
