We bought an LG AC from Pravin Electronics, Near Mundhwa Bridge, Pune on March 19th. They sent people to install the AC on 20th. The 4 individuals who came did not do any tests or cover the hole after they finished installing due to which water started leaking inside the room on the same day.
We called 10-15 times, literally pleading, after which, the same guys returned and fixed the leak issue. However, they had to reinstall the AC to fix the leak, and when they did so, they left a huge gap between the AC and the wall.
We have complained and called the customer service helpline and spoke to several individuals several times however they keep telling us they will come but they don't.
We spoke to a manager also on +91-[protected] and we whatsapped the pics of the gap to him, he said he will call us back after investigating and then has stopped answering our calls. Today we got the customer head's number from the help line, Sarika @ [protected] but she is not answering either.
It has been 2.5 weeks since we bought the AC. Can someone please take a look at this complaint and send someone over to fix this issue?
