Ticket number : RNA[protected] LOGGED ON 9TH NOV AS A reopen ticket which was logged on 7th Nov. Even after 4 calls to the toll free number no one called back or reverted yet . Finally got a prabhakaran supervisor number and called him . He spoken with golden enterprises and on the call they promised to send the engineer in another 2 hours .
But no one turned yet and I have received a ticket update as "customer requested visit between 3 to 5 days " I surprise to see a msg on the ticket from a lg like global organisation . How the people is treating the customer .
Really a pathetic experience with lg .
