[Resolved] LG Electronics — Poor customer service | |||
We have exchanged our old defective LG led tv for new one nd got delivery after a month due to no stock.The concerned person Mr Prashant babu whose mob is [protected] looks into exchange of tvs has not been responding to our phone calls properly.He either doesn't pick up or simply switches off the mobile whenever we call.He attends only after we give atleast 10 calls.Now we r awaiting technician to install new tv for 2 days but he has not send any person for the same nor is responding to our phone calls.This has frustated us so I am registering complaint.He simply ignores our calls most of the time, Please provide him training to attend to customers properly.Also we require technician for installation.
