[Resolved] LG Electronics — Poor quality | |||
Dear Concern, I have purchased a LG Plasma TV dated on Feb 2014.After Six months, display panel has been broken.Your Technical person told me that Panel Broken is not under warranty.So it has been charges Rs.19, 000/-. After one year same problem arise.Your technical person again told your panel should be change and it will cost Rs.19, 000/- So could you please explain what is the quality of LG service.Also let us know do you change our old panel and provide us a new panel ??? Because that old panel is with you and new panel purchase details is with us. we are very shocked about poor quality o[censored]sing LG product.So I am mentally harassed. Also Your service person suggest us to purchase a new one instead of provide us the better service.So its a request please check your quality of LG product.
