We are at a loss with the terribly poor service of lg for our refrigerator which we purchased in 2017.
On 26th may'17, all of a sudden, we found out that the refrigerator was not working fine. We lodged a complaint on 3rd jun, 17 and was given a complaint number and also told that as the refrigerator model is an high-end one so it will get duly attended by the local service engineer within next 24 hrs. The service engineer visited our place very much within 5 days and after checking the refrigerator so came to the conclusion that the pcb is not working fine but the main issue is with one of the parts which they term as relay and he suggested for the repairing of the part. He also raised a requisition to the lg delhi office for the new relay part
After 15-18 days, another service engineer came to install the new relay thing in the refrigerator and gave us the feedback that the main prob is not with the relay part but with the pcb and then he suggested us to request for a new pcb..
We are being badly cheated by lg as a company and service center. Very very disappointed and would like to escalate the issue to the highest possible authority. Was this information helpful? |
