I had bought LG Products TV and Fridge last year and the day i bought, there was a lockdown imposed within the same week by government and everything was closed for 1 year.. When i bought these products from kohinoor i had CLEARLY STATED THAT I WILL BE HAVING MY HOUSE RENOVATION.. Due to lockdown, my renovation was pending.. Now finally when everything is done, i got to know my remote control isn't working to which i had raised a complaint. Without anyone visiting and even knowing it what's the issue, LG is demanding of charges which is unfair. The reason i am being provided is out of warranty. Can anyone tell me how is this out of warranty when the whole world was imposed with lockdown for one year..
**** FYI - when i got my fridge delivered, the fridge was also damaged and i had to wait for 3 months just for the replacement even after making full payment.. When i as a customer can understand the genuine issues and lockdown, why can't LG do the same for their customers..
I had ordered 5 products out of which i received 2.. These 2 were received in a damage condition. If this is how LG is looking at customers and not providing any services, I don't think i need to buy anymore products and neither should i recommend any of my friends to buy..
